Long, Fat-burning Bike Rides

  1. Low Carb Breakfast – Sugar spike will turn off fat burning mechanism.
  2. Ride Steady/Slow – Intensity will suppress fatty acid release into bloodstream.
  3. Ride On Water – Drink only water for as long as you can, then slowly add absorbable carbs.
  4. Refuel – Lots of carbs and water after these depletion ride sessions.
